2011 Exhibitor Product Launches
Innovative product launches at Sustainabilitylive! 2011:
EBM- Papst UK – will be promoting their award winning IQ – motor for the first time at NEMEX. 76% more fuel efficient than the Q-motor it replaces.
Claude Lyons - will be launching a new range of ESSX units. The ESSX range of energy saving units employs the same proven principle of dynamic voltage reduction with the addition of microprocessor controlled intelligence. The units also incorporate some innovative and unique product advantages, including a ‘No-Break Bypass’ that can be activated both manually and automatically.
Schneider Electric - the company’s new AquaMetis will be unveiled, which is a new generation Intelligent Pump Control system, that delivers major energy savings through optimised deployment of pump station assets and energy tariff management. It manages pump station data and diagnostics enabling the user to optimise settings and maintenance actions. It is fully configurable via an intuitive graphic menu touchscreen interface with flexible remote control capabilities.
Technolog – will be launching their new Ecowat Two Stage Electronic PRV Controller, offering a simple means to lower network distribution pressure at specific times of the day or demand thus helping to reduce leakage and frequency of bursts. The Ecowat features simple two button operation, is internally powered for over 10 years and waterproof to IP68 standard.
Geotech - On Geotech Stand N41, visitors will see five new products. The new Inspectra is a portable gas-leak detector giving an instant response with a laser diode methane leak finder. The Accu-Flo measures landfill gas and biogas pipeline flow and does a zero-calibration self check. The GA3000 is the latest Geotech static gas analyser for landfill gas and biogas designed for easy installation by users and to give reliability and accuracy at a very attractive package price. A new portable detector for flammable gases, the Gaztex, is for personal protection in potentially explosive atmospheres and joins the Aquaread, a new portable multiparameter water-quality analyser with GPS and data download.
Gemini Data Loggers - will be launching a new Energy Logger and showing their current range of Tinytag data loggers at Sustainabilitylive! 2011. Tinytags are some of the most versatile and cost efficient data loggers on the market. Gemini will be illustrating how they have helped organisations such as the Energy Savings Trust and the British Frozen Foods Federation in their energy saving research initiatives.
Pipeline Seal & Insulator Co.Ltd – will be exhibiting two new products at Sustainabilitylive! 2011. Their new VDW seal which seal up pre-insulated pipe work entering buildings or valve chambers. These seals allow for thermal expansion movements. They will also be exhibiting their new Link-Seal® which is now approved to W270 & KTW standards. The Link-Seal® seals up the annular space between the pipe and the wall opening (sleeve or core drilled hole).
Cable Detection – Will be showcasing the very latest in Cable Location technology including the EZiSYSTEM, in addition to the newest editions to their cable locators; the EZiCAT i600 and i650 as well as the LOGiCAT will be making an exclusive appearance at this year’s IWEX event. Building on the success of our previous models, the new EZiCAT i600 and i650 with their unique data capture and on board memory function supports operations management initiatives to increase on site safety and identify operator training needs. When used in collaboration with the LOGiCAT Software, records can then be retrieved and collated for insurance and training purposes.
energyTEAM - The energyTEAM Carbon Ladder, due to be unveiled at NEMEX, is a process that enables businesses to identify, understand and reduce their energy consumption and costs. The emphasis is on measurable improvements in:

Steinel (UK) Ltd - NEMEX 2011 is set to be the launch pad for two major product releases from Steinel (UK) Ltd. The new Control PRO range of presence detectors and ProLog lighting and occupancy measurement device will be available to view.
Bell Flow Systems - Reflecting the growing demand for residential heat energy monitoring Bell Flow Systems will launch a new range of easy-to-use compact heat meters for domestic applications at IWEX. Powered by a six year replaceable battery the Combi MK range provides exact recording of heat consumption across a temperature range of 15 to 90C. Three models are being introduced with nominal flow rates of 0.6, 1.5 and 2.5m3/h all featuring advanced user functions and ease of installation. The multi-function LCD display presents essential data in an easy-to-read format and features four levels of user information accessed by a sensor key.
Neaco - At IWEX 2011 architectural metalwork specialist, Neaco, will be introducing their new Genesis range of heavy-duty balustrade, rails, access walkways and roof protection systems which are ideal for the urban and industrial landscape.
eSight Energy Ltd - will be displaying a number of new case studies of companies who have used eSight to drive successful energy management projects – these include the Ricoh Arena, Carlsberg UK and AtSite.
They will also be demonstrating some key new areas of eSight including:
• The eZdash touchscreen dashboard
• New Excel Reporting Module, for simple additional reporting on energy data
• New Bill Verification Module, for quick and easy verification of invoices against consumption data
SDS Launch new corporate identity and website at IWEX - The UK’s only provider of complete water solutions, SDS Ltd will be exhibiting its stormwater management, sustainable drainage and waste water treatment solutions at IWEX, as well as launching the company’s new corporate identity and website at this year’s event.
SDS will also be showcasing their capability for the manufacture and installation of plastic media products for the cooling tower and wastewater treatment industries. The company provides technical support in the sizing and design of plastic media trickling filters and offers a wide range of cross-flow, vertical flow, offset vertical flow media, inlet louvres, demisters and GRP fabricated parts for the cooling tower industry as well as cross-flow and vertical flow media, media support systems, walkways, rotary distributors and variable speed electric drives for the wastewater industry.
