Andy Watson Andy has worked for over 15 years in the energy engineering field having been the Energy Manager for Heathrow Airport as well as researching energy technology in Japan for two years. He runs Sim Energy Ltd, a small energy and engineering consultancy dealing with a range of technological and behavioural solutions to energy and reliability requirements. He has a keen interest in physics and maths which he tried to incorporate into his energy-related work. He is a Chartered Member of the Energy Institute. |

Graham Jennings Graham is Director of Energy and Environment at ISS Facility Services delivering energy and environmental solutions to Citi Group UK and Ireland as well as supporting ISS with their Energy and Sustainability Excellence proposition across the wider business. Prior to his appointment in 2010 Graham was Head of Environment and Sustainability Strategy at the London Development Agency transferring from his position of Head of Technology at the London Climate Change Agency (LCCA). As Head of Technology at LCCA Graham was responsible for delivering innovative projects in the fields of energy, waste, transport and water efficiency. For 5 years Graham was Group Energy Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland responsible for Energy Services and Demand Management across 3,500 properties. During this time Graham was instrumental in turning RBS from a position of ‘also-rans’ in the field of energy management to externally recognised exemplars. Graham was UK energy manager of the year finalist 2 years in succession, and received other prestigious awards in the fields of sustainability and transportation.Graham is a Chartered engineer with over 25 years experience working across the private and public sectors in energy management and building services. His academic record includes an Environmental Honours degree and an MBA from Henley Management College, as well as being a fellow of the Energy Institute and CIBSE. |

Tony Day Tony Day is Energy Services Director at TEAM (EAA Ltd), a leading provider of energy and carbon management software, consultancy, and energy bill validation services. Prior to this he was Professor of Energy in the Built Environment at London South Bank University and Director of the Centre for Efficient and Renewable Energy in Buildings (CEREB), a research and teaching facility opened in June 2010 (www.cereb.org.uk). Tony specialises in building energy analysis and the application of low and zero carbon technologies in the urban environment. His research includes analysis of energy policy and performance of low carbon technologies, and he has extensive knowledge transfer activities with industry. Tony is a Fellow of the Energy Institute, member of CIBSE, and Chair of the UK Solar Energy Society. |

Anya Ledwith Anya is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with 15 years of leadership in the field of environmental management. She is an experienced environmental auditor and implementer of EMAS & ISO 14001 environmental management systems, concentrating on environmental legislation and delivering real improvements. Such systems will have particular focus on energy, water, transport, pollution control, carbon emissions and climate change. She has performed ISO 14064 and PAS 2050 carbon footprint assessments for a large number of firms in the UK and mainland Europe. She has produced carbon management strategies (policy, targets and action plan) and worked with clients to help actively embed these into core business activities. She is an experienced trainer, successful in staff & executive engagement. |

Tom Idle Tom Idle is an experienced writer, journalist, editor and commentator in the field of corporate sustainability, climate change policy, environmental protection, clean energy and renewables, and corporate social responsibility. Currently editor of Sustainable Business, the UK’s No.1 climate change and sustainability magazine for business, Tom has been operating in the arena for the past six years. He is now a well-respected commentator on corporate environmental and sustainability issues, chairing national seminars and debates, including the CBI’s recent series of climate change breakfast seminars. |

Steve Hodgson Steve Hodgson has edited the UK Energy Institute's Energy World magazine since 1996. He holds a BSc in civil engineering and has a background in energy efficiency, renewables, CHP and building services. |

Martin Fry Martin Fry has been in the energy management consultancy business since the 1980s. He played a leading role in the development of the Energy Efficiency Accreditation Scheme, which eventually became the Carbon Trust Standard. He now plays a major role in international energy management standards, chairing committees for the British Standards Institute and leading UK delegations to drafting committee meetings, one of these leading to the Energy Management Systems Standard ISO 50001, published in June 2011. He is the convener for the new ISO energy auditing standard now under development. Martin is also a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at City University in London where he is course leader for the Energy and Environmental Technology and Economics Masters Degree Course. He also introduces final year undergraduate engineering students to the real world of energy supply and demand. Martin is Chairman of ESTA and a Council Member of the Energy Institute. |
