Seminar Details
The presentation will look at current legislation relating land contamination. In particular it will focus on Part 2A, the Environmental Damage Regs and the planning regime. Given the changes that are proposed for both the contaminated land and planning regimes it will be an opportunity for delegates to hear about the latest updates including recent cases.
