The subject matter is the count-down to 2016 when all new houses must be built to the Code for Sustainable Homes, levels 5/6.
The subject is tackled from two directions, namely meeting the zero-carbon aspects of the Code; and meeting the SUDS & water consumption aspects.
The presentation covers how these issues are being approached from a legislative point of view, and includes the likely impact of the incoming SUDS Adoption Boards.
The presentation would be of interest to most delegates, who would take away a good understanding of the impact of '2016' on their organisations.
