| Brian Mayne Job Title: Technical Director Company Name: AEA Brian started his waste management career in local government coordinating a litter abatement campaign in 1984, the same year he published his first recycling directory. He has, since then, gained waste management experience in the public and private sector delivering services, developing policy and creating awareness. He is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management with a background in strategy, policy and operational management at a senior level within local government. . He has extensive experience of contract preparation from the early days of Compulsory Competitive Tendering right through to present day Competitive Dialogue. |
