Howard Robinson has worked on the characterisation and treatment of landfill leachates for more than 35 years, and been responsible for the design and commissioning of nearly 100 full-scale treatment plants in the UK and overseas. He has written much UK Government guidance, and has published more than 250 professional papers in this field.
