    Ben has 15 years of Utility Industry experience in Customer Service, IT and Operational Delivery roles, for organisations such as South Staffs Water, OnSite, Rapid Systems and South West Water before joining May Gurney in 2008.

    In 2009 Ben was awarded the Water Industry Achievement Award for Best Customer Service initiative for the development of May Gurney’s ‘Customer Champions Programme’ which reduced complaints by over 45% in the first year.

    Ben specialises in customer service improvement strategies, process and policy within regulated environments.
