1. How do I apply?
Simply download the PDF version of the appropriate application form from this website or email Clare Klos at clare.klos@fav-house.com. Completed forms require an original signature and cannot be completed and submitted online.
2. Can I apply in more than one category?
Yes. Provided you meet the criteria, you can enter several categories.
3. What is the deadline for the return of completed application forms?
February 25, 2008.
4. How will I know if my Award entry has safely been received?
An acknowledgement will be sent once your entry is received.
5. Can we use the Award for our own marketing purposes?
Yes. Winners and runners-up may announce their success in advertising, promotional material or stationery. They must include the category and year in which they were successful.
